In an interview with journalists, the representative of the prosecution was asked if according to the evidence they have, the defendants can be convicted of what they have been prosecuted for.
on the side of GIRAMATA’s lawyer, when he was going to talk to the journalists, he first accused the newspaper of being biased and acting as if he was accusing the lawyer of crimes and there were no witnesses. He showed the management of the newspaper some steps in the story that the lawyer was not happy with, including that the newspaper wrote how GIRAMATA appeared in court, his body changed, as if the newspaper wrote that he appeared to have pierced ears with earrings, all this, the lawyer of GIRAMATA informed the management of the newspaper that he , the lawyer was not satisfied, the newspaper explained that when we write a story, we inform the readers, so it should be written how the defendant looks if he is happy or sad, if he is fat or thin… seeing that the case is pending, GIRAMATA’s lawyer told reporters that everything is fine now in the evidence provided by the prosecution that no one claims to have seen the lawyer who killed someone, adding that the case is still ongoing, maybe that evidence will be found.
The press will continue to follow this case.
