Akaga Kihishe mu kurya Inyama

Nshuti bavandimwe dukunda twifuje kubagezaho iyi nyandiko ivuga ku kaga gakomoka mu kurya inyama. Nubwo kuzivuga nabi bisa no kwiteranya na benshi kubera uburyo zikunzwe, igihe kirageze ngo abantu basobanukirwe ko uburyo bwose bazikundamo zitazabura kuzanira ingaruka mbi ubuzima bwabo, kandi baca umugani ngo: “Uhishira umurozi akakumaraho urubyaro.” Nubwo benshi bazihinduye incuti bigatuma bazihoza ku meza yabo, ntitwatinya kubabwira ko ari ugukomeza kwikururira ishyano!

Iyo bigeze ku ngingo yo guhitamo ibyokurya, abakristo bagomba kubikorana amakenga kuko bakwiye kuzirikana neza ko atari ababo bwite ngo bigenge, ahubwo ko imibiri yabo ari insengero z’Umwuka w’Imana uba muri bo, basabwa kurindana ifuhe kugira ngo na wo utazabonekaho umugayo ubwo Kristo azaba agarutse. (1 Abakorinto 6:19; 1 Abatesalonike 5:23). Ni yo mpamvu intumwa Pawulo na yo yerekanye ko no mu mirire yacu tugomba guhesha Imana icyubahiro. (1 Abakorinto 10:31).

AKAGA KIHISHE MU KURYA INYAMA

INYAMA NTIZARI MU BYOKURYA IMANA YAGENEYE ABABYEYI BACU BA MBERE

Ibikomoka ku bimera byonyine ni byo Imana yari yarageneye abantu mu irema. Imaze kurema Adamu na Eva no kubaremera byose yarababwiye iti: “Dore mbahaye ibimera byose byera imbuto biri mu isi yose, n’igiti cyose gifite imbuto zirimo utubuto twacyo, bizabe ibyokurya byanyu.” (Itangiriro 1:29).

ICYO IBYANDITSWE BYERA BIVUGA KU BYEREKEYE KURYA INYAMA

Bibiliya iti: “Ntukabe mu iteraniro ry’abanywi b’inzoga, No mu ry’abanyandanini bagira amerwe y’inyama.” (Imigani 23:20). Kurya inyama bituma benshi batakaza agaciro kabo kubw’amerwe bagaragaza igihe bageze imbere yazo kuko badashobora kwitegeka. Uzasanga henshi no mu birori bikomeye aho buri wese aba yihitiramo ibyokurya ashaka, umudendezo wo kwihitiramo uhagararira ku nyama kuko zikurura umururumba haba ku ntakabona ndetse n’abazisize iwabo. Ntibiringira ko uzigezeho mbere ari busigire abandi.

Ukuntu Abisirayeli bifuje inyama ubwo bavaga muri Egiputa byatumye bikongereza uburakari bw’Imana. “Inyama bakizishinze amenyo bataramara kuzitapfuna, uburakari bw’Uwiteka bukongerezwa abantu, abatera mugiga ikomeye cyane.” (Kubara 11:33).  “…Ahubwo bifuriza cyane mu butayu, Bageragereza Imana ahatagira abantuIbaha ibyo bayisabye, Ariko imitima yabo iyishyiramo konda.” (Zaburi 106:14-15).

Inyama ntizigeze ziba ibyo kurya byiza, ariko noneho kuzirya muri iki gihe ni akaga inshuro ebyiri kuko indwara mu matungo zigenda ziyongera byihuse. Abazirya ntibaba bazi neza ibyo barya…Abantu bakomeza kurya inyama zuzuyemo udukoko dutera igituntu na kanseri; maze izo ndwara hamwe n’izindi ziteye ubwoba zigakwirakwira muri ubwo buryo.” (Counsels for the Church, p. 229).

Uko igaburo ry’inyama ryangiriza umubiri, ni ko ryangiza n’iby’Umwuka kuko ikigize ingaruka ku mubiri kiba gifite n’ibyo cyangiriza  ku ntekerezo no mu mutima. Igaburo ry’inyama rihindura umuntu maze rigakuza muri we imiterere ya kinyamaswa. Tugizwe n’ibyo turya kandi kurya inyama cyane bigabanya imikorere y’ubwenge. Abanyeshuri bagera kuri byinshi cyane mu masomo yabo baramutse badakojeje inyama ku munwa….Inyama ntizikwiriye gushyirwa imbere y’abana bacu.” (Counsels for the Church, p.230).

Abenshi bahindutse by’igice ku ngingo yo kurya inyama bazatandukana n’ubwoko bw’Imana ntibazongere kugendana nabwo ukundi.”(Counsels for the Church, p.230). “Kurya inyama bizarekwa mu bategereje kugaruka k’Umwami; kandi inyama ntizizongera na rimwe kuba mu mugabane w’ibyokurya byabo.” (Counsels for the Church, p.231).

“…Inyama na zo zirangiza. Kuba ubusanzwe zikangura umubiri mu buryo budasanzwe, ni impamvu ihagije yo gutuma zidakoreshwa; na none kandi kuba amatungo hafi ya yose asigaye arwaye, biteye inyama kwangwa incuro ebyiri. Inyama zikangura imitsi yumva kandi zikabyutsa irari maze bigatera umuntu kubogamira mu bibi.” (Education, p.204).

Umudogiteri w’umuhanga mu by’ubuvuzi witwa Pamplona Roger yagaragaje ko imiterere ya mwenemuntu yerekana neza ko inyama zitagenewe kuba ibyokurya bye. Yaranditse ati: “Iyo ugenzuye amenyo y’umuntu, ubona ko ataremewe gutanyaguza cyangwa gushishimura nk’uko ay’inyamaswa z’indyanyama ameze. Amenyo yacu arimo ibijigo bigaye bishobora gusya ibinyampeke n’izindi mbuto. Turebye n’uko amara y’umuntu yihariye mu kuba maremare bituma tubona ameze cyane nk’ayinyamaswa zirya ibimera kuruta ay’izirya inyama. Iki ni igihamya kiyongeraho mu kwerekana ko igaburo rishingiye ku nyama ritabereye mwene muntu mu bihe byose by’imibereho ye. Tubibutse ko amara y’umuntu ashobora kugera kuri metero 7 z’uburebure cyangwa zikanarenga. Ubu burebure ni bwo butuma ibigezemo byari bikwiye kugira ikibisunika  kugira ngo birangize urwo rugendo rungana rutyo kuko iyo bitahihuse bigatindamo  bishobora no gutangira kuboreramo bigakomokwaho n’indwara. Uburyo bwo gutegura inyama ntizishye neza (raw meat) ni igihe zitekwa cyangwa zikotswa ariko imbere hagasigaramo amazi ajya  gusa nk’amaraso. Inyama zihiye neza (well done meat)

·Zibitsemo imbuto z’indwara.

·Zanduza amaraso.

·Zirushya umwijima n’impyiko igihe zitunganywa.

·Zizamura urugimbu rubi mu maraso maze bigatera umutima n’imitsi y’amaraso kurwara.

·Zitera impatwe (constipation).

·Zitera indwara ya gute (goute).

·Zigabanya kalisiyumu mu maraso, bigatuma amagufwa avunika ubusa.

UBUBI BW’AMOKO ATANDUKANYE Y’INYAMA

Nubwo inyama ari mbi muri rusange, na buri bwoko bwazo bugiye bufite umwihariko wabwo w’ububi. Inyama zigabanyijemo amatsinda  abiri magari:

-Inyama zitukura; inyama z’inka, iz’ihene, iz’intama ,…

-Inyama z’umweru; inyama z’inkoko, iz’urukwavu, amafi, isambaza, …

Inyama zose si zimwe ahubwo iz’abantu ziri ukwazo, n’iz’inyamaswa ziri ukwazo, n’iz’ibisiga ziri ukwazo, n’iz’ifi ziri ukwazo.” (1 Abakorinto 15:39).

Mu bituma inyama zikomeza kugwiza akaga harimo n’imibereho y’amatungo ziturukaho. Reka tuvuge muri magufi ku moko y’inyama zimwe na zimwe zikunzwe na benshi muri iki gihe:

Inyama z’inkoko

·Inyama z’inkoko zizamura urugimbu mu maraso kimwe n’inyama zitukura. Uru rugimbu ni rumwe rwitsika mu mitsi igendamo amaraso (LDL cholesterol) maze akazabura uko atambuka uko bikwiye.

·Ni zo zifite imyanda yitwa ‘uric acid’ kurusha izindi zose.

·Nta rindi tungo ryandura udukoko dutera indwara nk’inkoko kubwo kurya ibyo zibonye (Bacterial contamination).

·Zandura n’udukoko two mu bwoko bwa virusi kandi tubibutse ko virusi zitajya zigira umuti keretse ko izoroheje zijya zikiza ubwazo. (Encyclopedia of Foods and their Healing Power,Vol. 1, p.315).

Inyama z’urukwavu

Inyama z’urukwavu  na zo zikunzwe na benshi kuri ubu ariko ntibivuze ko byazibuza kubatera uburwayi. Urukwavu rwo ibyarwo ni agahomamunwa!

·Mu miterere yarwo, iyo rugiye gusohora imyanda (amahurunguru n’inkari), rubanza kongera kubinyunyuza rukabyigaburira bitaragera hanze (feed on their own excrements). Nguko uko rwibereyeho!

·Inkwavu zikunda kurwara indwara zikomeye z’ibyorezo nk’ibiterwa na virusi yitwa mikisoma (myxoma virus) itera indwara iteye ubwoba mu nkwavu yitwa mikisomatozisi (myxomatosis).

·Inyama z’urukwavu ziba zikungahaye cyane ku myanda ituruka ku byitwa nitorojeni (nitrogen), nk’ibyitwa yureya (urea) biba ari uburozi muri rusange. (Encyclopedia of Foods and their Healing Power,Vol. 1, p.328).

Inyama z’ingurube

Nubwo na yo ikunzwe cyane muri iki gihe ndetse benshi bakayiha utuzina twiza kugira ngo bayirye bihumuriza ko ari amahoro, ingurube yo isanzwe ari ikizira kuko n’igihe umuntu yakoraga ku ntumbi yayo yabaga ahumanye. (Gutegeka 14:8).

Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko inyama z’ingurube zo ari agahebuzo mu gutera indwara. Nyuma y’ibyavuzwe ku nyama muri rusange, iz’ingurube na zo zifite umwihariko wazo:

·Inyama z’ingurube zifite urugimbu rwinshi kuruta izindi nyama zose kandi urwo rugimbu ni rwo rugira ingaruka ku mitsi itembereza amaraso ndetse rukaba rwanatera amoko amwe n’amwe ya kanseri atandukanye.

·Zifite ibyitwa isitamine (histamin) bitera areriji (allergies), tiramine (tyramin) itera amaraso kugendera ku muvuduko ukabije n’ibindi bibangamira ubuzima.

·Zandura udukoko twinshi dutera indwara zo mu myanya inoza ibyo kurya kimwe n’udutera kanseri.

·Gukunda kurya inyama z’ingurube n’ibizikomokaho nka sosiso n’ibindi, byongera akaga ko kurwara kanseri zitandukanye kurusha izindi nyama zose.

·Kuzirya bifite icyo byangiriza ndetse no ku mwana uri munda.

·Inyama z’ingurube zongraho kugira uruhare mu gutera indwara y’umwijima ubyimbisha inda (Cirrhosis) kandi ku babizi nta cyizere cyo gukira umurwayi aba afite nyuma yo kurwara umwijima muri ubu buryo.

·Iyo umugati witwa hot dog (ubamo inyama y’ingurube) uriwe n’umwana inshuro imwe cyangwa zirenze mu cyumweru, umwongerera ibyago byo kurwara ibibyimba byo mu bwonko mu buryo burenze ubwikubye kabiri. Amafi n’ibindi bituruka mu mazi

Nk’uko byavuzwe haruguru, amafi na yo abarirwa mu nyama z’umweru. Ateza akaga ubuzima biturutse ku biyagize kimwe n’aho aba. Tubibutse ko iyo tuvuga amafi haba habarirwamo isambaza, indagara, isonzi, indugu n’ibindi byose biva mu mazi.

·Amafi ntafite zimwe mu ntungamubiri z’ingenzi nka vitamine C, ibinyamasukari, ndetse n’iyitwa “fibre”, bityo bigatera impatwe uwayariye.

·Ifi irakennye cyane ku munyu wa kalisiyumu ariko ikagira fosifore nyinshi, ibi biteza ubusumbane hagati y’iyo myunyu yombi maze bikongera gutakara kwa kalisiyumu binyuriye mu nkari.

·Kurya amafi bituma imyanda y’uburozi yitwa “uric acid” yiyongera cyane mu mubiri kubera gutunganywa kw’ibyo mu itsinda ry’inyubakamubiri byitwa “nucleoproteins”.

·Amafi mabisi cyangwa adahiye neza aba arimo iyitwa tiyaminaze (thiaminase) izwiho kurimbura vitamine B1 mu mubiri.

ESE INYAMA NI ZO SOKO NZIZA Y’INYUBAKAMUBIRI?

Mu nyama habonekamo inyubakamubiri (proteins) zirenze cyane izo umubiri ukenera n’ibinure byinshi ari yo mpamvu kuzirya byongerera umuntu akaga ko kugira umubyibuho ukabije, kurwara diyabete, kimwe no kugira ibibazo mu mitsi ijyana amaraso ndetse n’iyagarura mu mutima.

Yego harimo ibyakubaka umubiri ariko iyo akaga gaturuka mu kintu karuta akamaro kacyo niho umunyabwenge afatira imyanzuro ikwiye kubwo kurengera amagara ye.

Izi nyubakamubiri zituruka mu nyama si ngombwa kuko zisimburwa neza n’iziva mu bikomoka kuri soya, ubunyobwa, ibishyimbo n’ibindi bifite inkomoko mu butaka.  Zirikana ko kwirinda ari ihame kuri buri mukristo!

“Ibyo abe ari byo bituma mugira umwete wose, kwizera mukongereho ingeso nziza, ingeso nziza muzongereho kumenya, kumenya mukongereho kwirinda,…” (2 Petero 1:5-6). Imana Ibibashishe buri wese usonzeye gukiranuka muri byose.
